Fact... WaterRower uses 84% of the muscle mass

When WaterRowing the user is connected to the machine at the tips of the fingers and the tips of the toes.

They use all the muscle groups between these points to contribute to the rowing stroke. Arms and shoulders, legs and torso.

Importantly, they use these muscle groups proportional to their strength, generating a uniform aerobic load over all muscle groups.

In this way rowing minimizes the risk of overload, optimizing the exercise benefit derived and reducing the fatigue felt.
