WaterRower... service and programs that enhance use

WaterRower has developed a rowing education program called WaterCoach which is designed to educate people about rowing.

The WaterCoach program has several different elements;

• WaterCoach Home- a rowing education/advice system designed for WaterRower Owners

• HowToRow.com- a rowing education service for users of rowing machines in gyms

• WaterCoach Professional- a rowing education system designed for Fitness Professionals who instruct rowing machine use

WaterRower had also developed a group training system called WaterCrew which is designed to give people the added benefit and motivation of instructor led training in a group environment.

WaterCoach Professional and WaterCrew have both been accredited by American Council on Exercise (ACE) and by Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA).
