FAQ- Self Regulating Resistance

Benefits of Self-Regulating Resistance?

Imposing a resistance on a user puts the user at risk of over loading themselves

Most exercise equipment manufacturers impose a resistance on the user in order to generate and aerobic load.

Natural aerobic exercises such as swimming, running, etc. do not impose resistance on the user. They simply require the user to move faster and faster with increasing intensity.

Again, anyone can row, swim or run. Depending on how fit they are and how intensively they exercise depends on how fast they go.

With WaterRower's Self-Regulating Resistance there is little to no risk of overloading the user since the resistance is self imposed
