Where can I get help if something is not working properly?
All support is provided Online and you can supply your questions and contact details to us with our service form and one of our team will get back to you and help you with your query

Is there any maintenance required for the MyRower?
We recommend that you wipe the machine down after each use and that every 3 to 6 months (depending on the amount of direct sunlight that the machine is exposed to) that you put a chlorine tablet into the tank to keep it clean

How much water should I place in the tank?
We recommend between 14 – 18 liters of water (please see the scale on the side of the water tank to see water levels). For further information on water levels please contact our support.

What do I do if the water in the tank starts to discolor?
If you have not regularly placed a chlorine tablet into the tank, depending on the water source and amount of direct sunlight the machine is exposed to, the water may discolor. If this happens then we recommend you remove the water and replace it with new water.

Is the MyRower covered by a Warranty?
The Myrower is designed to be a ‘home use’ rowing machine, and is not a commercially rated machine. As such the machine is designed for use within the home environment. The warranty covers the frame and parts (click here to see warranty details) for up to 1 year from purchase.

     Recoil Problems?
1) Ensure the bungee is running on the three pulleys.

2) Ensure drive strap has collected evenly on main clutch and is following its proper course.

3) Check that the main clutch can lift slightly (0.5mm-2mm).

4) Shaft alignment is critical. The four bolts in sides of the tank top frame (above the tank) pull the top frame and the shaft in different directions. Loosen the four bolts that go into the sides of the tank top frame and check if shaft spins freely. If so, slowly tighten one bolt at a time on the left side then the right side (not front to back or back to front) to tighten the bolts. As you do this, periodically check the recoil by pulling on the handle.

5) Shorten bungee to provide more recoil force.
